One-to-one Mindfulness Coaching

For children and adults

Mindfulness coaching and mindfulness-based cognitive behaviour therapy can help increase awareness and acceptance of your thoughts and emotions. It can help identify limiting beliefs and replace them with a more positive growth mindset. Studies show it's highly effective for anxiety, depression and OCD. It gives you the tools to better navigate life's experiences.

Teaching in Schools

I run after-school Mindfulness Clubs for KS2 and older pupils. They involve activities that teach the children in a fun way how to use mindfulness to feel more positive, raise self esteem and increase focus.

Mindfulness in the Workplace

I offer fully customisable workshops, either as stand alones or courses that cover each aspect of mindfulness more deeply.
